2. Description of Service
TinyMoments provides a platform for users to create, customize, and share interactive digital gifts (e.g., e-cards, mini-apps). Users can upload photos and custom text to personalize templates, which are hosted online on our servers and accessible via a unique URL.
3. Payments & Refunds
Certain features, such as removing watermarks and generating a shareable live URL, require a one-time payment per gift instance.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Cashfree).
- No Refunds: Because our digital products are instantly delivered and custom-generated upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a unique live URL has been unlocked and generated.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content (photos, text) you upload to TinyMoments. However, by uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license to host and display this content specifically for the purpose of generating your digital gift.
- You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- We reserve the right to delete any gift or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The templates, animations, code, and overall design of the TinyMoments platform are the exclusive property of TinyMoments. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our templates as your own standalone products.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, although we do our absolute best to ensure high availability.
